Processing Time
Orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

• USA: 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–15 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays
Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or holiday volume. We appreciate your patience.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the new postage is paid.

Lost or Stalled Shipments
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days (U.S.) or 20 business days (international), contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
