Refund policy
At Unique T-Shirts Plus, we want you to love your order! Each item is custom printed just for you, so please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Issues or Defects
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo of the item

We’ll review your request and send a replacement or refund if approved.
2. Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse
Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size issues or change-of-mind reasons.
Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.
3. Address Errors
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the new postage is paid.
We cannot issue refunds for orders lost because of address errors.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark deliveries early.

Check with neighbors or your local post office.
If your package still hasn’t arrived, email us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after. After that window, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
